Under Utkarsh Bangla prakalpa through Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development (PBSSD), Southern Resque had targets for the courses like Domestic Data Entry Operator, Desktop Publishing, Banking and Hardware under sectors like IT & ITES, BFSI and Electronics respectively in Kulpi and Pathar Pratima blocks.  Southern Resque was able to build skills of 90 students under Banking, 30 students under Data Entry, 30 students under Hardware course.  The trainees of banking and hardware courses have undergone assessment and qualified successfully. Presently 30 students under Banking, 30 students under D.T.P are undergoing skill development process. The courses will likely to complete by June 2019. The organization is in the process of arranging job placements for all the trainees who have successfully completed the training.
